By engaging with Manny Tours, you acknowledge that you have:

Service Availability Notice

All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, and local regulations. We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or substitute activities for safety reasons or circumstances beyond our control.

3 Booking & Payment Terms

Payment Policy

  • 50% deposit required to confirm booking
  • Balance due 48 hours before service date
  • Accepted payments: Credit/Debit cards, Bank transfers, Cash
  • All prices in USD unless specified otherwise

Booking Process

  • 1. Contact us via phone, WhatsApp, or website
  • 2. Receive detailed quote and availability confirmation
  • 3. Submit deposit and required information
  • 4. Receive booking confirmation and instructions

Important Payment Notes

  • • All bookings are provisional until deposit is received and processed
  • • Prices may be subject to change based on fuel costs, taxes, and exchange rates
  • • Group discounts and special rates require advance booking and minimum participants
  • • Additional fees may apply for special requests, dietary requirements, or accessibility needs

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

Emergency Cancellations

Medical emergencies or documented travel restrictions may qualify for special consideration on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation by Manny Tours

We may cancel services due to:

  • Safety concerns or equipment failure
  • Government restrictions or emergencies
  • Insufficient minimum participants
  • Force majeure events

In case of our cancellation: Full refund or alternative service of equal value will be offered.

5 Travel Requirements & Responsibilities

Customer Responsibilities

  • Valid passport/ID and any required visas
  • Travel insurance (highly recommended)
  • Accurate health and dietary information
  • Arrive on time for scheduled activities
  • Follow safety instructions and guidelines

Age & Health Requirements

  • Minimum age varies by activity (specified per service)
  • Pregnant women restrictions apply to certain activities
  • Disclosure of medical conditions affecting participation
  • Physical fitness requirements for adventure activities
  • Swimming ability required for water activities

Important Notice

Failure to meet travel requirements or provide accurate information may result in service denial without refund. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations.

6 Liability & Insurance

Limitation of Liability

Manny Tours acts as an intermediary between customers and various service providers (hotels, restaurants, activity operators, transportation companies). Our liability is limited to the arrangements we directly provide.

We Are NOT Liable For:

  • • Acts of third-party service providers
  • • Natural disasters or weather conditions
  • • Personal injury due to customer negligence
  • • Loss or damage of personal belongings
  • • Medical emergencies or pre-existing conditions
  • • Flight delays or cancellations

We ARE Responsible For:

  • • Services directly provided by Manny Tours
  • • Equipment failure of our owned assets
  • • Negligence by our direct employees
  • • Failure to deliver confirmed services
  • • Misrepresentation of our services

Insurance Recommendations

We strongly recommend all customers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering:

Medical Coverage

Emergency medical expenses and evacuation

Trip Cancellation

Reimbursement for unforeseen cancellations

Personal Property

Coverage for lost or stolen belongings

7 Customer Conduct & Safety Rules

Expected Behavior

Acceptable Conduct

  • • Following all safety instructions and guidelines
  • • Respecting local customs and environment
  • • Punctuality for scheduled activities
  • • Reasonable cooperation with tour arrangements

Prohibited Behavior

  • • Excessive alcohol consumption or illegal drug use
  • • Harassment, discrimination, or offensive language
  • • Damage to property or environment
  • • Ignoring safety instructions
  • • Disruptive behavior affecting other participants

Enforcement Policy

Violation of conduct rules may result in immediate removal from activities without refund. Serious violations may result in termination of all services and potential legal action. Customer safety and enjoyment is our priority.

8 Intellectual Property & Media

Photography & Video Rights

By participating in our services, you consent to:

  • Being photographed/filmed during activities
  • Use of your likeness for marketing purposes
  • Publication on our website and social media
  • Use in promotional materials and advertisements

Please inform us if you do not wish to be photographed.

Our Intellectual Property

All content on our website and materials is protected by copyright:

  • Manny Tours name, logo, and branding
  • Website content, images, and descriptions
  • Tour itineraries and unique experiences
  • Marketing materials and promotional content

Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited.

9 Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any legal proceedings will be conducted in Santo Domingo courts with jurisdiction over tourism matters.

Limitation Period

Claims must be filed within one (1) year of the service date or the date when the issue became apparent. Late claims may not be considered for resolution.
